Idea 1:
Model in centre shot, medium close up with a shadow mist effect surrounding the model complete with two red eyes over his head gazing to the viewer (requires Adobe photoshop and Illustrator)

Idea 2:
Close up of models face (possible half their face) hands and fingers on face with one hand with a painted spider on it in focus. Possible poster may be in black and white.

Idea 3:
Blurred out of focus model in the background holding out a piece of card to the camera. On the card will be an "Ink blot" of someones face in a worried expression (will require photoshop)

Idea 4:
